Role Overview

The Packaging Operator I will be responsible for the inspection of pre-filled syringes, ensuring products meet quality and compliance standards within a packaging/manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of pre-filled syringes in line with quality procedures
• Operate within a manufacturing packaging environment, following SOPs and safety guidelines
• Identify and report defects or deviations accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with manufacturing standards

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0–1 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with high attention to detail

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking
• Ability to lift materials weighing up to 35 pounds (≈16 kg)
• Strong visual acuity for inspection tasks
• Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels
• Work performed in a manufacturing/packaging environment
