We are currently seeking a Packaging Operator I to join our manufacturing team in Runcorn on a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or develop their career within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Role Overview
The Packaging Operator I will be responsible for the inspection of pre-filled syringes, ensuring products meet quality and compliance standards within a packaging/manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspection of pre-filled syringes in line with quality procedures
- Operate within a manufacturing packaging environment, following SOPs and safety guidelines
- Identify and report defects or deviations accurately

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0–1 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with high attention to detail
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to lift materials weighing up to 35 pounds (≈16 kg)
- Strong visual acuity for inspection tasks
- Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels
