Are you an experienced Training Developer with a passion for creating engaging learning solutions in regulated environments?
We're looking for a Training Developer to analyse training needs, design and develop SAT-based learning materials, collaborate with SMEs, deliver training pilots, and support continuous improvement across multiple business areas.
Training Design & Content Development
Learning Management Systems & Digital Platforms
Stakeholder Engagement & SME Collaboration
Experience in Safety-Critical / Regulated Environments
Self-driven with Strong Communication Skills
Minimum GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English & Maths required.
