We are hiring an Interview Coordinator to support a high-volume recruitment team in a structured, fast-moving environment.
This is not a junior admin role dressed up with a title. You will be central to the hiring process, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to keep interviews running smoothly at scale.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate large volumes of interviews across phone, video, panel, and onsite formats
- Own interview scheduling end-to-end and act as the main point of contact
- Manage interview logistics including calendars, travel coordination, and related processes
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and handle confidential information appropriately
- Resolve scheduling issues quickly and professionally
- Support onboarding or orientation activities when required
Qualifications
- Prior experience in interview coordination, recruitment operations, or TA support
Required Skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
