We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Payroll & Time & Attendance to lead and deliver HR operations and technology projects across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end payroll deployment experience, Workday knowledge, and a proven track record managing HR transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with HR, IT, vendors, and business leaders to ensure successful system implementation, integration, and business readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Define scope, milestones, and resource plans aligned to project goals
- Track timelines, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and process documentation
- Oversee payroll, time & attendance system integrations (incl. Workday)
- Maintain accurate configuration and process mapping artifacts
- Lead cross-functional project meetings; ensure accountability
- Manage communication, updates, and leadership reporting
- Oversee vendor deliverables and integration quality
- Identify issues early and implement mitigation actions
- Manage change communications and user readiness
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of HR project management, including end-to-end payroll delivery
- Hands-on experience with Workday, payroll systems & integrations
- Strong project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in PM tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.)
- Advanced Excel and data reporting capability
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
