We’re looking for an experienced Building Control Professional to join a high-impact programme transforming building safety across England. This role will support Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) in assessing Higher Risk Building (HRB) projects, ensuring regulatory decisions are technically robust, proportionate, and aligned with the Building Regulations 2010.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on building control applications & compliance
- Support MDTs with technical reviews and regulatory decisions
- Interpret complex submissions and identify compliance gaps
- Contribute to policy interpretation and best practice in regulation
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in building control & high-risk projects
- Registered as Class 3(G), 3(H), 2(C), or 2(F)
- Excellent technical communication & report writing skills
