We are currently recruiting for Registered Building Inspectors (Class 3H) to support building control activity under the new regulatory regime. This is a remote UK role offering the chance to contribute at a national level to safety, compliance, and regulatory decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and review of policy, technical standards, and guidance relating to building control and building regulations.
- Provide expert advice where building control processes intersect with: Golden thread information.
- Deliver specialist building control expertise to multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) for: Gateway 2 applications, Safety Case Report assessments, Investigations and enforcement cases.
- Support internal and external technical policy teams, including participation in relevant meetings and working groups.
Registered Building Inspector – Class 3H
- Strong working knowledge of building regulations and duty holder compliance within the new regulatory framework.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with MDTs.
