Provide sound guidance, analysis and support on systems and information management matters. Deliver excellent services in developing business-critical systems. Analysis of complex data and information and the design of management information. Lead the development of centrally managed tools and techniques to ensure strong operational use. Support daily business operations and work across the unit to deliver team priorities. Deliver specific system development projects in line with the brief provided. Ensure that the systems enable the team to conduct robust analysis across the programme. Lead the development of the key management information reports.
Minimum Requirement: Reporting to the Head of Knowledge, the role takes operational responsibility and ownership of GLDs current Knowledge Systems used across GLD, the Government Legal Profession (GLP) and wider civil service.
