Are you an experienced Training Developer with a passion for creating engaging learning solutions in regulated environments? We're looking for a Training Developer to:
- Analyse training needs
- Design and develop SAT-based learning materials
- Collaborate with SMEs
- Deliver training pilots
- Support continuous improvement across multiple business areas
Requirements:
- Training Design & Content Development
- Learning Management Systems & Digital Platforms
- Stakeholder Engagement & SME Collaboration
- Experience in Safety-Critical / Regulated Environments
- Self-driven with Strong Communication Skills
- Minimum GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English & Maths required
