We are seeking an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer / Compliance Officer to support housing standards and enforcement activities within the private rented sector. The role will involve inspecting properties, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with housing legislation.
Key Requirements:
- HHSRS qualified with strong experience in hazard identification and risk assessment
- Experience taking enforcement action within the private housing sector
