We are seeking an experienced Production Planning Manager to coordinate and manage the supply of BFS finished products across global markets. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role acting as the key link between site operations and the global supply chain, ensuring smooth product flow, optimised planning, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead production planning and scheduling to ensure timely supply of BFS products
  • Act as the main contact between global supply chain and site operations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support manufacturing, packaging, and product release
  • Develop and optimise packaging strategies and supply plans
  • Manage export shipments and documentation for global customers
  • Maintain and improve ERP/SAP planning data and processes
  • Monitor inventory, service levels, and performance metrics
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Prepare reports and planning data for senior leadership reviews

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in production planning / supply chain management
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Knowledge of MRP / MRPII and lean supply chain principles
  • Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. FDA/pharma) is desirable
  • Proven ability to influence and coordinate teams without direct authority
