Job Purpose: Responsible for building strong relationships and understanding the business to enable them to lead their teams to provide financial information and insight to accountable leads so they can make informed decisions and drive financial performance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Apply all appropriate procedures, processes and systems to ensure the quality and consistency of data supported by your team.
- Line and task manage capacity and deployment of business partner managers and their teams in support of lead business partners.
- Produced to acceptable time, cost & quality, including but not limited to forecasts, budgets, procurement plans, reports and variance analysis.
- Produced to the required Business Rhythm.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support and lead on the resource balancing activities.
- Support, contribute to, and review business cases.
- Ensure that the budgets and funding are appropriately configured and appropriate governance is applied.
- Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality, and be a great team player.
