- Experience providing administrative support, including managing diaries, arranging meetings, coordinating travel and accommodation, and processing expenses
- Good knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to cover cross functional / cross project support as required
- The ability to draft clear, concise, and professional correspondence to support the day-to-day progression of tasks and deliverables.
- Good attention to detail with experience in maintaining and updating databases accurately and within agreed timeframes.
- Ability to develop, organise, and maintain effective filing and document management systems, ensuring easy retrieval and audit compliance.
- Experience in preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and tracking actions to support effective meetings and governance processes.
Desirable:
