Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals ?? Deliver end-to-end digital, software, SaaS, AI, and emerging technology procurements ?? Manage multiple procurement projects and competing priorities ?? Provide strategic commercial advice to senior stakeholders ?? Strong knowledge of Procurement Act 2023, PCR 2015, G-Cloud, and DOS frameworks ?? Drive capability development, governance, risk management, and procurement best practice ? Essential Experience: Complex public sector procurement delivery Team leadership and people management Stakeholder engagement and influencing at senior levels Managing multiple procurement pipelines simultaneously Digital, software, and technology procurement expertise ?
