We are currently seeking a highly skilled Content Creation Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and technically strong digital professional with proven experience delivering assets within campaign settings across both digital and traditional channels.

The Role
As Content Creation Manager, you will lead on the creation of high-quality digital content that communicates key messages clearly and effectively to stakeholders across social media platforms.
- Film, source footage, and edit visually engaging videos for social platforms
- Design graphics, infographics, and animations to support campaigns and announcements
- Ensure all content meets high standards of quality, accessibility, and brand consistency
- Direct senior stakeholders during filming to achieve professional lighting, sound, and camera results
- Advise the digital team on campaign and policy content performance
- Stay ahead of social media video trends, tools, and emerging techniques
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and campaign planning
- Manage media studio resources and technical equipment effectively
- Line manage a Content Producer or Designer, fostering a collaborative environment
- Provide technical advice to both digital and non-digital colleagues
- Participate in an incident/weekend duty rota when required
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience creating assets (digital & traditional) within campaign environments
- Experience designing content and advising digital teams on performance
- Available to start immediately
About You
We are looking for someone with strong end-to-end production expertise and excellent stakeholder skills.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience shooting, editing, and producing multi-format video content
- Strong self-shooting capability and equipment set-up (sound & lighting)
- Deep understanding of social video trends and platform-specific formats
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
- Skilled in colour grading, audio mixing, visual effects, and post-production editing
- Confident DSLR operator (Sony A7SII & A7SIII)
- Ability to handle filming, lighting, and sound recording independently
- Experience adding motion graphics/animation (After Effects)
- Ability to live stream events on social platforms
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise and deliver high-quality outputs
