Description

We are looking to hire an experienced EMEA Employee Relations Leader to drive regional ER strategy and lead a high-performing team across multiple European markets. This is a standout opportunity to shape employee experience, influence senior stakeholders, and manage complex, multi-country ER matters across key regions including Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, and more.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and develop a team of ER Partners across EMEA
  • Own and deliver ER & Labour Relations strategy across multiple jurisdictions
  • Manage complex cases (investigations, grievances, restructures)
  • Partner with Legal, HR, and Works Councils across Europe
  • Use data insights to identify trends and drive proactive ER solutions

What we're looking for:

  • Proven ER leadership experience across EMEA (France, Germany, Netherlands essential)
  • Strong knowledge of European labour laws & Works Councils
  • Track record handling complex, sensitive ER cases in global organisations
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation & influencing skills
  • CIPD (preferred) + multilingual skills (bonus)
