The Difference You Will Make

• Assist residents with daily activities such as cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene
• Communicate with healthcare staff and document resident information accurately
• Maintain communication with residents, families, and support personnel to meet residents\’ needs
• Assist with medication administration following protocols and regulations
• Maintain medication records (MARs/TARs) accurately

What Makes You a Great Candidate

• Compassionate, patient, and kind with a heart for working with seniors
• At least 18 years old
• Good organizational and communication skills; independent, energetic, creative, and approachable
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
