The Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining grounds, community, and equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Assisting in planning, preparing, and operating within the Maintenance budget.
• Leading and overseeing the housekeeping team.
• Repairing equipment or coordinating repairs with contracted personnel.
• Interacting tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, and government agencies.
