The Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining grounds, community, and equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assisting in planning, preparing, and operating within the Maintenance budget.
- Leading and overseeing the housekeeping team.
- Repairing equipment or coordinating repairs with contracted personnel.
- Interacting tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, and government agencies.
