Location: Market Harborough or Birmingham (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time (with an early Friday finish)

Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our Client Servicing team. You will ensure all administration for life, pensions and investments submitted business is effectively managed to completion/issue in a timely manner, and that all service levels are met.

You will work from our Birmingham or Market Harborough office, but with the ability to work from home, and will have full IFA experience in order to hit the ground running following initial process training.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Client Servicing: including creating new client packs, preparing and processing authority letters, and ensuring relevant documents are uploaded.
  • Compliance: performing relevant anti money laundering checks, and checking compliance documentation is completed.
  • New Business Submission: use client database to track new business and current position, updating planner accordingly.

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge: Must have excellent understanding of the financial planning process.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an IFA Financial Services Administration Role
  • Skills / Personal Attributes: Proficient IT skills, basic spreadsheet and database knowledge. Good planning and effective organisational skills. Honesty and integrity. Methodological approach to work. Strong written and verbal English literacy skills are essential.
