Financial Planner / Independent Financial Adviser (IFA)
Location: Remote, with flexibility required to travel to Birmingham, Market Harborough or Doncaster when required.
As a Financial Planner, you will provide tailored financial planning advice to clients aligned with Radiant's client and investment propositions.
You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and generating recurring revenue through excellent client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing ongoing financial planning advice tailored to their evolving needs and objectives.
- Generate new business through referrals, professional connections, networking and internal business partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with Paraplanners, Administrators and other professional contacts to deliver an exceptional client experience and identify further planning opportunities.
- Ensure all advice is delivered in line with FCA regulations, company standards and Consumer Duty requirements.
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing CPD, training and development, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Financial Planner, Financial Adviser or Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
- Ability to deliver holistic financial planning advice across a range of client needs.
- Excellent understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Committed to Consumer Duty principles and delivering positive client outcomes.
- Level 4 Diploma qualified.
