Radiance Aesthetic Clinic has been Exeter\’s premier destination for aesthetic treatments for over 15 years. We\’re an established, respected clinic with an excellent reputation and we\’re entering an exciting phase of growth.

We\’re looking for an ambitious, skilled injector who wants to build their practice within a supportive, full-service clinic environment.

About the Role

You\’ll be delivering injectable treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, and advanced aesthetics) to our loyal client base while building your own following. This is a genuine opportunity to develop your personal brand while benefiting from our established reputation, marketing support, and professional infrastructure.

Hours:
Flexible and open to arrangements that work for both of us (minimum 2 days per week preferred).

What We\’re Looking For

Essential:

• Level 7 qualification: Dentist, Nurse Prescriber, or Doctor
• Proven experience in aesthetic injectables
• Strong aesthetic eye and natural looking results
• Genuine passion for aesthetics

Highly desirable:

• Comfortable with social media and content creation
• Interest in building your personal brand and following
• Willingness to contribute to clinic marketing and growth
• Collaborative approach. We are very much a team, not a room rental
• Up to date with latest techniques and trends in aesthetics
