About you: The perfect candidate will tick the below boxes:

- You have some experience of planning and/or delivering weddings and events.
Client planning: You will be working as a part of our team to carry out wedding and event planning tasks for our couples alongside the founders. This includes tasks such as sourcing venues and suppliers and obtaining quotes, liaising with suppliers and clients, working on actions for client work, creation of itineraries and floor plans.
Business admin: You will be working on business tasks, content creation for social media and our blog.
Reporting: You will report to the lead planner of the project you will be working on.
On the day coordination: You will work with our team on client wedding days and provide assistance in coordination.
Other important details:
- You will hold a valid UK driving licence.
- You will be based in the UK.
- You will need a valid passport with a minimum 6 months before expiry.
- You will have a minimum of 1 years experience in the events/weddings/hospitality industry or studying an event management degree.
- Be present as a part of the team at weddings and events – must be flexible to work weekdays and weekends on event days.
- During event time, you will be on your feet for long periods of time.
- You will be able to start this position from Monday 1 June 2026.
