We have a new opportunity for an experienced Senior Care Professional to join our team. In addition to delivering premium quality care to our clients in their own homes, you will also support the team with additional tasks both in the office and out in the field, which may include:

  • Spot checks
  • Mentoring
  • Supervisions
  • Client reviews
  • Compliance checks
  • Supporting with recruitment

Pay & Hours:

At Radfield Home Care, we pay you for your time with the client as well as your time travelling between clients and your mileage. The pay is £14.00/hour on weekdays and £14.50/hour on weekends.

Working Patterns:

  • Morning shift requires availability from 7am-2pm
  • Evening shift requires availability from 4pm-10pm
  • Alternate weekend availability or every Saturday or every Sunday is required

Area Covered:

Watford, Borehamwood, Radlet, Chorleywood, Rickmansworth, Abbots Langley & Kings Langley and surrounding areas.

Applicants must drive and have access to a vehicle. Please note that we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
