Radfield Home Care specialises in providing personalised, private care for older people in their own home. Our mission is to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved, and our Care Managers have a huge role to play in making it happen.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Radfield Home Care service in Watford & Borehamwood, driving growth and success by promoting the very highest standards of care, maintaining a positive working environment and managing quality and compliance.
The successful applicant will be passionate about care and will thrive within a busy working environment where no two days are ever the same. They will be a people person, with experience of leading, managing and developing teams within a Home Care service.
Experience of care planning, care assessments, recruitment, compliance and auditing is essential for this role along with good communication and customer service skills.
You’ll be driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality. In simple terms you’ll be making sure that our care professionals get the support they need and our clients get the care that’s right for them.

The successful applicant will be required to enroll on a qualification in Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care at the end of a probation period, if they do not hold this already.
A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
