Responsibilities
  • Provide personalised care to older people in their own homes
  • Assist with transport, shopping, medication support, personal care and dementia care
  • Support residents to live their best life for as long as possible
  • Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in induction, mentorship and ongoing training
Qualifications
  • Right to work in the UK
  • UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle with Business use car insurance
  • No prior experience required; prior care experience considered an advantage (caregiver, care home assistant, support worker, healthcare assistant, etc.)
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, honest, warm and supportive care
