What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Client compliance - care plans, risk assessments, reviews, and CQC-ready documentation
- Staff compliance - supervisions, spot checks, training records, and DBS
- Recruitment - attracting, interviewing and onboarding great care workers
- Care coordination - rotas, scheduling, and matching the right carers to the right clients
- Field care supervision - supporting your team out in the community
- General administration - keeping the office running smoothly alongside the branch manager
Who We're Looking For:
- Solid domiciliary home care experience at a senior or supervisory level
- A natural organiser who takes pride in getting the details right
- Someone who genuinely cares - about clients and about the people delivering that care
- NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care minimum (Level 5 or working toward it is a bonus, not a requirement)
- A driver with access to a vehicle
