We are looking for female care assistants who have a driving license and their own car.
Pay & Hours
- £13.50/hour weekdays, £15.50/hour weekends
- £13/hour travel time
- 45p/mile
Working Patterns
- Full time and part time shifts available
- Morning shift requires availability 7am-2pm
- Evening shift requires availability 4pm-10pm
- Alternate weekend availability or every Saturday or every Sunday required
- Occasional night shifts available 10pm-7am
Area Covered
Leatherhead, Ashtead, Fetcham and Bookham (KT22 and KT21) and surrounding areas.
Induction and Training
You will complete a 12 week induction and onboarding programme giving you all the support you need to confidently and safely provide care to our clients. This will include:
- An introduction to Radfield Home Care, our values, the team and our #BeThere moments
- How to maintain professional boundaries, identify safeguarding concerns, ensuring equality and diversity through person centred care.
- Learn and try out how to safely support people to move with equipment keeping yourself protected at all times.
- Practice basic life support, medication support and pressure care
- Health and Safety, good personal hygiene and food preparation.
About the role
We are a leading Home Care Provider who pays travel time, mileage and a competitive rate of pay. In addition you will get full training and a dedicated mentor in your first 12 weeks. We welcome your application even if you don’t meet all of the essential criteria as we will provide you with all the necessary training to thrive in the role. In your role you will:
- Provide care in the community for people who need assistance to live independently within their own homes
- A range of support with personal care
- Household tasks, medication support and companionship
