Please note: We are recruiting for full time and part time roles, both will include early morning and evening shifts and alternate weekends on a 2 weekly rolling rota.
About the role
You’ll be supporting people in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity and quality of life – often becoming a familiar, trusted part of their routine.
Our care is fully managed by an experienced office team, so you’ll always feel supported. Visits are planned properly, with a focus on consistency, communication and unhurried care.

- Personal care and daily routines
- Medication support
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Supporting independence at home
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes
Working patterns
We operate a 2-week rolling rota designed to support consistency for both clients and our team.
Roles available:
Part-time, Full-time, Early Bird shifts
Shift patterns include a mix of mornings, evenings and alternate weekends on a 2 weekly rolling rota.
Please note: This role is not suitable for school-hours-only availability (Mon–Fri, 9am–3pm).
What we’re looking for

- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
You may already have care experience – or be looking for a more meaningful role where you can make a real difference. Full training is provided.
