As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of care services for our clients. You’ll be running visits to review and assess the work of our care professionals and providing feedback for training and development. As a champion for outstanding care, you’ll be supervising, supporting and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis.
You’re someone who loves working with people and helping their development, outcomes-focused and always looking for ways to enhance quality of care. You’ll need to have some previous experience providing personal care, working for a home care agency and mentoring care teams. You also need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18.
