We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Bridgnorth, Church Stretton, Oswestry & Much Wenlock. You’ll be caring for older people in their own homes and supporting them in all sorts of ways, from taking them out and about and doing the weekly shop, to medication support and personal and dementia care.
You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care team in Bridgnorth, Church Stretton & Much Wenlock as a Care Assistant. You’ll receive all the training you need, including a comprehensive induction & mentoring programme. You will need the right to work in the UK, a UK driver’s licence, be able to obtain business use car insurance, and have access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Caring for older people in their own homes and supporting them in daily activities
- Taking clients out and about and assisting with errands such as the weekly shop
- Medication support and assistance with personal and dementia care
We welcome applicants with experience in roles such as caregiver, care assistant, healthcare assistant, support worker, or related fields, and we encourage those without prior care experience to apply.
