Experienced Live-in Carer, Borehamwood (WD6)

Radfield Home Care Watford & Borehamwood is looking for an experienced Live-in Carer to support a client living in Borehamwood (WD6).

This is an opportunity to provide high-quality, person-centred care to a client recovering from spinal decompression and fusion surgery, enabling them to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own home.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Live-in Carer.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Jewish culture and traditions.
  • Ability to prepare kosher meals.
  • Experience supporting clients following spinal decompression and fusion surgery, or with similar mobility and rehabilitation needs.
  • Compassionate, reliable and patient with excellent communication skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Your Responsibilities
  • Providing companionship and high-quality personal care.
  • Supporting daily living activities and mobility.
  • Assisting with rehabilitation and promoting independence following spinal decompression and fusion surgery.
  • Preparing nutritious kosher meals.
  • Carrying out light housekeeping duties relating to the client's care.
  • Maintaining a safe, respectful and comfortable home environment.

Accommodation and meals are provided as part of the live-in placement.
