Working Patterns
- Full time and part time shifts available
- Morning shift requires availability 7am-2pm
- Evening shift requires availability 4pm-10pm
- Alternate weekend availability or every Saturday or every Sunday required
- Night shifts available 10pm-7am
- Part-Time Weekend only work available

In your role you will:
- Provide care in the community for people who need assistance to live independently within their own homes
- A range of support with personal care
- Household tasks, medication support and companionship
If you are looking for a new challenge in care, or perhaps you have a background in retail, sales, hospitality, education, childcare or delivery driving, you could be a great fit if you are caring by nature. Whilst you do not need to have the experience to apply, Radfield Home Care are also very interested in speaking with candidates with previous care experience in roles such as care assistant, support worker, healthcare assistant, carer and those with care home background.
