Radfield Home Care specialises in providing personalised, private care for older people in their own homes. Our mission is to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved, and our Registered Care Managers have a huge role to play in making it happen. You’ll be taking responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the Radfield Home Care service as a Registered Care Manager, driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards, and ensuring quality. In simple terms, you’ll be ensuring that our care professionals receive the support they need and our clients receive the care that’s right for them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, manage and develop a team of care professionals.
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, dignity and quality of care.
  • Ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and meet statutory and organisational standards.
  • Support staff and client relationships to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
  • Experience of recruiting, managing and developing a team in a care setting.
  • Previous experience working for a home care provider is preferable.
  • Prior roles such as care home manager, care coordinator, deputy manager, field care supervisor or care manager are welcomed.

Other Information

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore the role will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references. Probationary period of six months, with the possibility of extension at the discretion of the directors.
