Could you be the Field Care Supervisor in Tarporley & Mid Cheshire we’re looking for? Our amazing field care supervisors are supportive, positive, honest, warm, and committed people who love to help others get the most out of life.
As well as caring for older people in their own homes and supporting them in various ways, you will be supporting our Care Professionals to ensure that high standards of care practice are maintained through conducting spot checks, competency checks, and observations. The role will involve some office-based hours, and you will support the care manager in operating the on-call system. You will also provide leadership and in-field training and supervision for members of the care team.
You will need some previous care experience to join our Radfield Home Care team as a senior Care Professional. You will also need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18, and have access to a vehicle.
We’d love to hear from you if you’ve got previous experience in roles such as senior care assistant, caregiver, care home assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant, or care home worker.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable people; therefore, all roles will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
