Radfield Home Care specializes in providing personalized, private care for older people in their own homes. As a Registered Care Manager you will drive success and growth in the new Bexley, Dartford & Sidcup service, ensuring high standards and quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‐to‐day operations of the local care service.
- Recruit, manage, and develop care teams.
- Ensure care professionals receive the support they need and clients receive appropriate care.
- Promote a positive working environment, maintain standards, and ensure quality.
Qualifications
- Full UK driver's licence and vehicle access.
- Experience in care home manager, care coordinator, deputy manager, or care manager roles.
- Understanding of DBS requirements; role will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure.
