Responsibilities
You’ll be taking responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of care services for our clients. You’ll be running visits to review and assess the work of our care professionals and providing feedback for training and development. As a champion for outstanding care, you’ll be supervising, supporting and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Some previous experience providing personal care, working for a home care agency and mentoring care teams.
- UK driver’s licence, be over 18 and have access to a vehicle.
- Previous care experience in roles such as care assistant, senior care assistant, care worker or support worker is preferred.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and therefore all roles will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
