Essential Requirements:
- Aged 18 or older
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (fully supported by us)
Your Responsibilities as a Care Assistant:
- Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship
- Develop and follow tailored care plans, respecting each client's unique needs and preferences
- Drive to clients' homes to provide care, ensuring safe and timely transportation
- Maintain regular, clear communication with clients and their families, offering reassurance and updates
- Accurately document care activities and promptly report any changes in client conditions
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and dignity at all times
