Contract: FullāTime / PartāTime (optional)
Salary: Ā£18,000 ā Ā£20,000 per year
About the RoleAt Radfield Home Care, it is our mission to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in achieving this mission by running wellāoiled operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Registered Care Manager with the daily operations of our premium homeācare service, including managing care needs with clients and their families.
Support a team of care professionals, setting and managing rotas and keeping essential records upātoādate.
Carry out client assessments and devise personācentred care plans.
Perform regular compliance audits.
Handle incoming queries from clients and care professionals.
Create efficient staff rosters and participate in the onācall rota.
Assist with recruitment, interviews and onboarding.
Coordinate and deliver staff ināperson training and eālearning.
Support staff appraisals and supervisions.
Attend care calls as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification, or willingness to work towards it.
Minimum two years of experience within the homeācare sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be flexible around core hours to meet the needs of the client and the team.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (must have a UK driver\ās licence, be over 18 and have access to a vehicle).
