Our amazing senior care assistants are roll-your-sleeves-up, supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people. The kind of people who love to help others get the most out of life. As well as caring for older people in their own homes, supporting them in all sorts of ways, you will be supporting the care team to ensure that high standards of care practice are maintained through conducting spot checks, competency checks and observations. You will support the Care Manager in operating the on-call system and provide leadership and in-field training & supervision to new members of the care team.
You will need some previous care experience to join our Radfield Home Care team in Bath as a Senior Care Assistant. You will also need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle. We’d love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as Senior Care Assistant, caregiver, care home assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant, carer and care home worker.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and therefore all roles will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
