You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Chippenham as a care assistant. A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and the right to work in the UK. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
