Contract: Full‑Time, Part‑Time, Flexible
Salary: £13.45 per hour (weekdays), £13.80 per hour (weekends) + travel time and mileage (40p per mile). Enhanced pay on bank holidays.
Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required. Business use car insurance required.

Key Responsibilities- Support older people in their own homes, including personal care and dementia care.
- Assist with daily activities such as going out, grocery shopping, and medication support.
- Provide companionship and ensure clients feel understood, valued and supported.
- Maintain accurate care plans and documentation.
- No previous care experience required, though experience in caregiving roles (caregiver, care assistant, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant, carer) is an advantage.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Flexible working hours, including early, evenings and alternate weekends (or weekends only if preferred).
- Weekend premium and time‑and‑a‑half pay on bank holidays.
- Paid travel time and mileage (40p per mile).
- Paid DBS check, free uniform and free training, including the Care Certificate, Mental Health First Aid, Hydration training, Medication, Dysphagia Awareness, Dementia Care, Palliative Care and Parkinson's Care.
