You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care team in Shrewsbury as a Care Assistant. You’ll get all the training you need, as well as a comprehensive induction & mentoring programme.
You will need the right to work in the UK, a UK driver’s licence, be able to obtain 'Business use' Car Insurance and have access to a vehicle. We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as caregiver, care home assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant, carer and care home worker.
