The community engagement officer will play a key role in raising awareness of Radfield Home Care within local communities, building relationships with partner organisations, and supporting client growth & staff recruitment through engaging local networking & marketing activity.
This role is focused on community-based engagement and digital communications to ensure our services are well promoted, understood, and accessible. You will help strengthen Radfield’s reputation as a trusted care provider, ensuring our values and brand are visible across Worcester, Droitwich & Malvern areas
What You’ll Be Doing
Community Engagement: Identifying and building relationships with local groups, charities, healthcare professionals, and community organisations to promote Radfield Home Care’s services.
Events & Outreach: Support the planning, promotion, and delivery of local events such as information sessions, coffee mornings, community day trips, and networking events.
Content Creation: Creating content for social media, website and the local press to share stories, promote services, and highlight Radfield’s work in the community.
Brand Awareness: Distribute leaflets, posters, and other promotional materials across Worcester and surrounding villages to maintain a strong local presence.
Administration: Keep accurate records of community contacts, enquiries, and event activity. Support the team through the creation of marketing and engagement reports.
