Radfield Home Care Chester & Ellesmere Port are looking for Live in Care Professionals who are passionate about caring for people in their community. Importantly, in this very specialised, but highly rewarding role, you will enable our clients to continue living in their own homes, as an alternative to a residential care home.
As a Live in Care Professional, you will be living with one of our clients for 2 weeks at a time, you may even be supporting a couple in their home and you'll be there to provide excellent care for extended periods of time. You are there to be a companion and to assist your client day to day, but also to help them remain independent in their own home.

Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with administration of medication
- Manual handling, using equipment when required
- Promoting health and well-being with clients, enabling them to live their life to their full potential
- Household tasks & cleaning
- Providing personal care
- Meal preparation
- Shopping
- Assisting taking clients to social events
- Offering our clients companionship
A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. We are unable to provide sponsorship. You must already have the Right to Work in the United Kingdom. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
