Field Care Supervisor
Location: Croydon & Sutton
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time
Essential: Must have access to a car
Experience: Not required
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday and every other weekend
Starting time: Immediate start
Your Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and updating care plans and risk assessments.
- Conducting spot checks to monitor the quality of care delivered.
- Carrying out staff supervisions and supporting the development of care professionals.
- Completing daily care visits and monitoring clients' wellbeing.
- Identifying changes in clients' needs and ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Promoting safeguarding, compliance, and best practice in domiciliary care.
- Supporting a positive team culture that reflects Radfield Home Care's values.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a field care supervisor or senior domiciliary care role.
- A good understanding of care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- A valid driving licence and access to a car.
