  • Allocate carers to customers based on skills, experience and geographical location
  • Respond efficiently to unexpected changes in staffing or customer requirements
  • Handle telephone calls, emails and messages promptly and professionally
  • Record and escalate concerns, complaints and compliments in line with company procedures

  • Review and update care plans to reflect customers' individual needs and preferences
  • Identify opportunities to support branch growth through community engagement and business development
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction
  • Participate in the branch's shared on-call rota

About You:

  • Previous rota planning or scheduling experience (desirable)
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with a calm and professional approach
  • Confident using care management or rostering software (training provided)
  • Able to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • Salary of up to £28,000 per year, with additional earnings for out-of-office-hours care visits
  • 28 days' annual leave, including bank holidays
  • Workplace pension scheme
  • Ongoing training and opportunities for career progression
  • Support to achieve recognised industry qualifications
  • Refer-a-friend bonus scheme
