As a Care Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day organisation of our care services.

Working closely with the Branch Care Manager, you'll coordinate care schedules, support our care professionals, and ensure customers receive dependable, person-centred care.

You'll also be a main point of contact for carers, clients, family members and healthcare professionals, dealing with enquiries, resolving issues and helping maintain excellent standards across the service.

This is a full-time role based on a 37.5-hour working week and includes participation in a shared on-call rota covering weekday evenings and alternate weekends.

Additional shifts and ad-hoc cover may also be available, providing opportunities to increase your earnings.

As part of the on-call team, you'll provide out-of-hours support, responding to emergencies, staff absences and general enquiries to ensure continuity of care at all times.

Create and manage care rotas that support continuity and minimise travel time Handle telephone calls, emails and messages promptly and professionally Record and escalate concerns, complaints and compliments in line with company procedures Work closely with colleagues and management to deliver a high-quality care service Carry out staff supervisions and observations, supporting development and maintaining standards Review and update care plans to reflect customers' individual needs and preferences Identify opportunities to support branch growth through community engagement and business development Participate in the branch's shared on-call rota A minimum of one year's practical care experience (essential) Previous rota planning or scheduling experience (desirable) Confident using care management or rostering software (training provided) Salary of up to £28,000 per year, with additional earnings for out-of-office-hours care visits ~28 days' annual leave, including bank holidays ~ Workplace pension scheme ~ Ongoing training and opportunities for career progression ~ Refer-a-friend bonus scheme
