Salary: £12.50 – £13.00 per hour + Paid Travel Time + Paid Mileage

Job Description
As a Home Care assistant, you will support adults who have a desire to stay in their own homes, where they feel safe and secure, for as long as possible. You will provide them with the care and companionship they need, you could…

Help them with daily routines such as getting up in the morning or ready for bed at night.
Help with elements of personal care.
Ensure their home is safe & clean.
Prepare meals & collect shopping or prescriptions.
Assist clients to appointments in the community.
Provide companionship and be someone who they can rely on for support.
You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Chingford and Loughton as a Home Care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
