Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time, Flexible

Salary & Benefits:

  • £13.45 per hour (weekdays)
  • £13.80 per hour (weekends)
  • Paid travel time & mileage (40p per mile)
  • Time and a half on bank holidays
  • On call support; sleep‑in & waking nights available
  • Paid DBS check and training (Care Certificate, Apprenticeships, Mental Health First Aid, etc.)
  • Company‑paid holiday, sick pay scheme, pension entitlement

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal and dementia care to older people in their own homes
  • Assist with routine tasks such as shopping and running errands
  • Support medication administration and basic health monitoring
  • Plan and accompany clients to appointments and social activities
  • Maintain accurate care records and ensure client safety at all times

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Full UK driving licence and valid business‑use car insurance (access to a vehicle required)
  • Good communication skills and a compassionate approach
  • Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep‑in days if needed
  • Previous care experience is an advantage but not mandatory
