We are looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our established service in Chingford & Loughton. As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service. You will drive growth and performance by maintaining the highest standards of care, fostering a positive and supportive working environment, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will lead and inspire your team, ensuring both our clients and care professionals receive the highest level of support.
