Responsibilities:
- You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of care services for our clients.
- You’ll run visits to review and assess the work of our care professionals and provide feedback for training and development.
- As a champion for outstanding care, you’ll supervise, support and guide a team of carers on a daily basis.
- You are motivated by working with people, outcomes-focused, and always looking for ways to enhance the quality of care.
- Responsibilities include mentoring care teams and providing hands-on support to ensure high standards of care.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Some previous experience providing personal care
- Experience working for a home care agency and mentoring care teams
- UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Over 18 years of age
- Background in roles such as care assistant, senior care assistant, care worker or support worker is beneficial
